Apex Building and Developments managed and built our house extension. The extension was finished on time and exceeded our expectations. This was not a straight forward project as the roof design was quite complex to make sure we managed the existing space effectively. The work was completed to a high standard using skilled tradesman who actually cared about what they were doing. They would often turn up in the evening just to check if everything was OK and ready for the morning. We were kept well informed during the whole process and each critical decision was discussed and agreed and options recommended if possible. Apex arrived on site on 5th September as arranged. Job completed on 12th September and they were actually only on-site for 5 of the 8 days! I have never seen builders work as hard and as well-organised as these guys and the result is stunning. You would have to see it to believe it. Got invoice on the 13th and had no hesitation in paying it immediately. No 'extras' billed for beyond the quoted price. We are over the moon with our beautiful new dining room. The job was to have the supporting wall of our house removed to create one large living space for us and our 2 babies. We were terrified of employing 'cowboys'. From the quotation Bart and his team gave us the sense of confidence we were looking for. Amazing commitment from each and every worker following jobs through to the end ensuring our home was left secure, safe and clean. Just one example..... A huge 7 metre steel lintel was needed for the extension load bearing wall, due to the high volume of work, Bart and his team worked extremely hard each day and one particular evening until midnight to secure our home.
